Institute of mass communication film and television studies, a non-profit society, is registered under societies Act, XXVI of 1961, Govt. of West Bengal in the year 2002. The institute provides a wide range of courses which includes mass communication, journalism, public relations, advertising, audio-visual communication; film studies and other allied subjects related to media studies.
If messages are something that even deliver, I have to say just this to the students of the Institute: do everything with a seriousness till the hunt ends and never leave a task half done. A highly skilled person is a thousand times better than an impressively smart person who takes things casually and minds his appearance more than his work. This is a lesson I have learned late in life. I wish I had learned it earlier. Success chooses only those who take their work seriously.
