It is our great pleasure to say that Sarsuna College has acquired immense reputation in terms of its results in different University examinations as Well as infrastructures that the institution has developed thanks to its persistent efforts and integrity with the academic objectives. We have already introduced Honours course in seventeen subjects and it is our humble ambition to have Honours course in more subjects in coming years. This year we have received financial assistance from the Honourable Minister, Government of West Bengal and the President of our College Governing Body, Sri Partha Chatterjee from his Arrea Development Fund for the construction of a GIS Laboratory of high quality in the department of Geography. We are thankful to him for his generosity. We are also on the Verge of reconstructing a fully computerized Central Library With all modern facilities for both the students and teachers alike. We are a regular beneficiary of getting the financial assistance from the University Grants Commission and recently they have equipped us with such an amount that brings our college one of the most sophisticated instruments in our times , ?spectrophotometer? for the Department of Chemistry .
