Welcome to the official site of Kendriya Vidyalaya Balurghat, an institution under the Dept. of Ministry of Human Resource Development Govt. of India, which was inaugurated on 23.06.2007. At present the Vidyalaya is running in the temporary accommodation provided by the Balurghat Municipality. The Vidyalaya is situated at Raghunathpur, P.O – Beltala Park, Balurghat, Dakshin Dinajpur, West Bengal. The Vidyalaya has got the land of 6.34 acres from the State Government, West Bengal. The Vidyalaya is affiliated to CBSE up to Class X. 

The new reform policies adopted by Kendriya Vidyalaya Sangathan has given a new lease of life to Kendriya Vidyalaya, Balurghat and today its mosaic has the hue of human values, academic excellence, career guidance, better infrastructure facilities, a disciplined, transparent and trust worthy administration and it is no wonder that today it proclaims to be much sought after institution.
