This organization is a Co-educational B.Ed college situated at 24 Parganas (South), West Bengal. The college has a capacity of 100 students on the roll every year. The Institution is a great hostage to the national education. The side of this B.Ed College is very attractive with exquisite natural surrounding and positional advantages. The Building has been completed under the supervision of the JOY GURU EDUCATIONAL SOCIETY.

Sagar Island is one of the biggest Islands in India. It is an ancient mythological holy place. Where the longest river of India Ganges meets the Bay of Bengal in the name of Ganga Sagar. We the Indians feel proud very much, which is known for its holy and sacred name the Ganga Sagar. From the ancient mythological history this place was Kapil Muni's ashram called and ruled by the Saint Kapil. At Present the temple of Kapil Muni is established. In every year from January 12 to15 the Ganga Sagar Mela attracts Lakes of people from the country and abroad to visit the temple of Kapil Muni and these pilgrims they take bath in the Bay-of-Bengal (where the holy Gangs Meets) for two days, Makar Shnan, Maghi Shnan to Make them self pure and peaceful in mind and body establishing this Island holy and Tourist spot in the picture of world's map.

Now a day, the religious people come here off and on. The area is about 224 Sq.km. and populations are about 2.5 lakes and about 97% people are educated. There is one General College, six Higher Secondary School, 12 Secondary Education School, 11 Joiner Secondary School, 3 Madrasa, 9 Gram Panchayat, one Block & Police Station.

Along with all these SC, ST, OBC, Poor People and minority Community specialty the Muslims are in great Crisis. The difficulties are like these Islands are detached from the main land of India. The main transit points the river. It is next to impossible to take higher Education by crossing the river every now and them.

So taking everything in mind a renowned business man and a social worker Abdar Ali Saha is trying to think to establish a Teachers' Training institute through a Society. Under all these circumstances BANUALI & AJIRAN TEACHERS' TRAINING INSTITUTE (B.Ed College) has been established.
