Al-Kauthar Public School is an English Medium Islamic School which strives to provide the best education in a secure Islamic environment, through the application of the Qur?an and Sunnah ? supported by outstanding spiritual, moral, social and cultural values.

Providing a secure Islamic environment means a harmonious place where everybody is equal, respects one another and an environment that is conducive to learning. It also means we provide a holistic approach to education, supporting the personal development of each student spiritually, morally, socially and culturally through curricular and non-curricular activities.

The School provides an environment where students explore and have the freedom to develop their own identity whilst understanding that they are all equal, unique and valuable individuals each with different and valid viewpoints.

The school is run under the Al-Kauthar Educational and Welfare Trust registered in the year 2014.

Vision and Mission

Our vision is inspired by current educational research and best teaching practices that have been outlined by the CBSE (Central Board of Secondary Education) and IIE (Islamic Integration Education) models.

Vision - The School envisions and works towards the day when Islamic schools will be the preferred centers for learning and leadership that nurture and encourage the next generation of Muslims to develop their innate talents in the pursuance of academic excellence.

Mission - To inculcate values in daily living through the knowledge of the Qur'an and Sunnah. Nurturing Islamic values in children to promote understanding of our identity as Muslims and appreciating the multicultural society as citizens of India.

The Emergence of Islamic Schools is a response to the secularization of education and marginalization of Teachings of Qur’an and Sunnah. The western model has attained highest standards of academic excellence with the lowest standards of spiritual degeneration.

There is an urgent need to revive the old Islamic model of education where the purpose of education was to understand the physical world by teaching of Arts and Sciences (Taleem) while building character (Tarbiyah). Islam does not differentiate between general and religious education. The aim of both was to train an individual to live by the principles of Qur’an and to attain the pleasure of Allah.

It is of utmost importance that the new Muslim generation be equipped with the knowledge and skills to cope with the challenges of the changing world and a sound character for effective living as an individual and as a member of a group.

Al-Kauthar Public School is committed to revive the Islamic model of education which had given the world a Golden Era of Science and Arts and exemplary character.

This is the goal we have set for ourselves - to equip our children with the knowledge that will help them in not only succeeding in their professional careers but also in understanding the message and the beauty of the Qur’an.

We aspire to make our children not only good Muslims but also productive and valuable citizens of India.
